How do I know if an item I want to purchase is in Stock?
Subieland uses up-to-date inventory system to monitor current inventory levels with its distributors. If an item is labelled “in stock” on our website, you can have confidence we have item in our distribution channel. Before any transaction is finalized, we will contact you if the item is in fact not in stock, and will give you an estimated ETA on the order.
What happens if my order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items?
If an order contains items that are both in stock and out of stock with an extended ETA, we will keep it in our system and ship the out of stock item as soon as it is available. The current in-stock item will be process ahead of time. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for the in-stock item if the value is below $150.
What if I want my order shipped to another location other than my billing address?
If you wish to have items shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays.
Can I cancel my order?
if you need to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not processed yet, than we will be able to cancel the order. If your order is in processing, or has shipped…you must go through the complete return process in order to obtain a refund for your order. For more information about the terms and conditions which apply to your return, please refer to our Return Policies page.
What should I do if I want to return a product?
In order to return a product a RMA number is required. An RMA can be obtained by logging into your customer account, select the appropriate order, and indicate the item you would like to return. All returns are REQUIRED to be accompanied by and RMA. Before returning your product, we as that you look over the Return Policies page to ensure your return shipment meets all of the RMA conditions and return policy requirements. Please note, Subieland will not accept a return if the item has been open, installed, or otherwise used in any way. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit,or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a Subieland.ca
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you think you’ve received the wrong product, please double check the part number on the product label, with the part number listed on your packing slip. If those numbers do not match, please contact email@example.com before opening the product. We recommend having your Order number on hand to expedite your call.
